How to customize deepin 20 theme like this one?

Because of its nature and how it's built, Deepin is not very theming friendly unfortunately, however you can find many Mac inspired icon themes which "kinda" gives you a MacOS feel to it, you may also install top bars to make it look even more like a Mac, but then again window theming is practically impossible.

@oansyahoansyah well, you can make certain applications themed, specially any GTK apps you might have in Deepin, but all native Deepin apps such as Deepin Files, Deepin Music, Deepin Movies etc you might not be able to theme (Unless you do some crazy hacks to the system), so you will not have consistency throughout the system. In any case you may try that on a VM and see how it goes.
