Does anybody managed to manually set the screen timeout instead of fixed values 1, 5 minutes etc
where can I edit the config file manually
dconf editor doesnt make any changes with gsettings
Saludos.
Yeah I tried with dconf editor and set session idle to 120 sec but DDE simply doesn't give a sh*t and applies settings from Control panel
it's kinda stupid that I can't chose 2 minutes but 1 and then 5...
Don't take it personally but saying that more configuring options is more difficult sounds ofensive to any brain-equipped human being... Of course I can understand that Deepin is dedicated to people who like rather to "be decided" than decide themselves like Apple users... ?
I dont ask to give a possibility to change screen timeout in Control panel. I'm just asking why I cant do it with terminal if I want which was always value of Linux and which chinese developpers seem to not understand.. maybe it's because they are'nt used to have a choice to do what they want?
Here you can contact the programmers directly and write them: "I'm just asking why I can't do it with terminal if I want which was always value of Linux and which chinese developpers seem to not understand .. maybe it's because they are'nt used to have a choice to do what they want?"

I hope the Chinese take it with humor.
