I updated several hours ago, I have not noticed anything negative, I also do not notice any difference with the new drivers from nvidia.

I updated the kernel but it gave me problems with drivers like bluetooth as well as causing conflict in firmware-linux-nonfree, so I went back to kernel 5.4 for now. Does anyone know why this happened?

Hi, can you tell how did you get back to kernel 5.4? I do not see options or sections for that.

Pedro In deepin options (in the boot menu) it allowed me to select which version I want to use, kernel 5.10 or 5.4

I am the same friend, when updating to 5.10 I am left without bluetooth, but I installed kernel 5.9.16 from xanmod and for now everything is perfect.
Hopefully the new kernel 5.11 comes out soon and the problem is fixed.
For the rest, everything is wonderful.

One question, did you use automatic partition mode?

I made the update, in my case I have noticed a little more fluidity and that for me is something very important, a point in favor.

Good luck to everyone.

I find it strange that they do not include a fix for sudo, otherwise everything is fine.

Эли I've already done it and it doesn't come out, I get kerner 5.8 and 5.4. No more comes out. I have looked in the synaptic package manager and there it is installed. Thanks

Montserrat Llorente Update grub settings with

sudo update-grub

If you see a line similar to "Found linux image: /boot/vmlinuz-5.10.10-amd64-desktop+" then that was it. Now when you restart you will enter with the new kernel.

Thanks for the article!! I have once again had a problem that had disappeared with the previous updates, and it is that in an apparently random but quite common way, when I boot into Deepin (I also have Windows 10) it apparently does not load the driver of the WIFI board and does not let me activate the wireless network. It is solved by resetting the machine. I would like to know if someone reports the same problem and how to report it to Deepin. Thanks.

Hello, if it is configured for automatic connection to my WiFi access. The icon that appears when you do not connect is that of two disconnected cables.
