The new version of the legendary GParted partition manager has been released. According to the official website this release includes a significant commitment to migrate to gtkmm3 gtkmm2 base code.
With this important change, the major version number is increased. This version 1.0.0 is not intended to indicate that GParted is more stable or less stable than before. Instead, it means that now requires gtkmm3 GParted instead of gtkmm2. Note that also have changed other agencies.
Like the case of the other versions offered by developers GParted, it also includes several enhancements, bug fixes and updates for language translation.
