@jobegod hi this feature was removed from UOS because they don't want inexperience Linux user to break their system. you can still bring back this feature in deepin though, by installing the openasadmin-dde-file-manager-menu-oem_1.0_all.deb, Once you download it, install it and you should have the feature back. if for whatever reason you have trouble downloading the file, join our discord server.

Thanks for help but installed the deb and system has the same behavior. Nothing change. Not show the "feature". My opinion is, very very stupid idea to disable that feature.

@jobegod did you login and out after installing it? and why do you think it's  a stupid idea? this is a "BETA" version of the system which is by no means feature complete. If you don't want errors or broken features then DO NOT use beta software and just stick to Deepin 15.11 while version 20 is officially released.

That's Ok if only removed from "BETA" version.
I found what happen after install the deb package and not work.
The package install some file with Spanish name. Renamed it.
One different with 15.11 deepin is: In 15.11 must be right click on directory
to show feature "Open in new window as admin" but in 20 deepin, must be right
click on empty space of directory. You look at on uploaded pictures

@jobegod They gave you an echo package for the community in Spanish.. Doing it is very easy

1) sudo deepin-editor /usr/share/deepin/dde-file-manager/oem-menuextensions/openAsAdmin.desktop

2) Copy and paste

[Desktop Entry]
Type=Application
Name=Open in new window as admin
X-DFM-MenuTypes=SingleFile;SingleDir
Exec=pkexec --disable-internal-agent /usr/bin/dde-file-manager -n %u
X-DFM-ExcludeMimeTypes=application/xml;

3) Save and restart sesión 

4) Enjoy
